The Marketplace is a library of ready-made automations built by other Flow9 businesses. Instead of building a workflow from scratch in Workforce Studio, you can install one that already works — a welcome text for new leads, an appointment reminder, a review request after a job — and make it yours in about a minute. Open it from Marketplace in the sidebar.

How it works

Browse

Every app is described in plain language by the outcome it delivers — no jargon. Search, filter by category or industry, and see what works with your plan.

Install

“Use this app” copies it into your account as a draft — nothing goes live until you say so. A quick guided setup walks you through it.

Make it yours

Connect your own phone number, inbox, or calendar, send yourself a test, then publish. It runs in your account, on your details.

Your privacy is built in

Marketplace apps are sanitized copies. When someone shares an automation, Flow9 automatically removes their private details — phone numbers, inboxes, customer data — and replaces them with blanks you fill with your own. You never see the author’s data, and they never see yours.
Every app is reviewed by the Flow9 team before it appears in the Marketplace, so what you install has already passed a safety check.

Two things you can do

Install an app

Find a ready-made automation, install it, and turn it on.

Offer your automation

Share one of your own published automations for other businesses to use.

Good to know

  • Free to install. Installing an app doesn’t cost anything. You only pay for what it sends (SMS, calls, email) — the same as any automation you build yourself.
  • Add-ons. Some apps use a paid add-on (like SMS or Calling). The Marketplace tells you up front whether an app works with your plan or needs an add-on, based on what you already have.
  • Nothing auto-runs. An installed app is always a draft first. It only does anything after you finish setup and publish it.
