Campaign audiences are made of contacts organized into contact lists. Both have their own pages under AI Campaigns, and a campaign can target any combination of lists.

Import contacts from a file

The fastest way to build an audience is the import wizard — open it from the campaign form’s Contacts section (Import from CSV):
1

Upload

Drop a .csv, .xlsx, or .xls file.
2

Map columns

Choose the phone column (required) and name the list the contacts will be grouped into. For every other column, pick: don’t import, map to an existing contact field, or create a new field on the spot (text, long text, number, email, phone, date, or yes/no).
3

Preview & fix

Each row is validated with OK / Warn / Error badges, and you can edit cells inline before importing.
4

Import

A progress bar runs the import. Contacts whose phone number already exists are updated in place rather than duplicated.

Review before dialing

Preview contacts in the campaign form shows exactly who will be reached. Exclude (and restore) individual contacts there — excluded people are skipped when the campaign runs. If the campaign sends email, anyone on the suppression list is flagged. You can also Download CSV to get the audience — including any answers the agent collected, if you enabled saving answers on contacts.
