Open any campaign to see how it’s performing. The dashboard adapts to the channels you enabled — voice stats, an SMS panel, and an email panel appear as relevant.

Voice metrics

The stats panel covers: contacts in scope, total attempts, connected calls, completion rate, average call duration, recordings count, outcome successes and failures, top disconnect reasons, and counts for voicemail, no-answer/busy, and failed calls.

Call history

Every call is a row — time, duration, cost, end reason, status, user sentiment, direction, and outcome. Click a row to open the full call detail:
  • Recording player and the complete transcript.
  • Conversation analysis — was the call successful, call status, sentiment, disconnection reason, latency, plus any custom analysis you configured.
  • AI summary of the conversation.
  • Data tab — the exact fields the agent captured.
  • An appointment card when the call booked a meeting.

Callback requests

When a contact asks to be called back (or no appointment slot fit), they land in the Callback requests panel with their preferred time, notes, and suggested bookable time slots — click a slot to book it. Track each request as Pending → Contacted → Closed (or reopen it).

Captured outcomes

The Recent outcomes panel lists the latest data-collection results, appointments, and informational completions with success/failure badges. For retryable failures (e.g. a record write that didn’t go through), hit Retry directly from the panel.
Records created by data-collection campaigns are assigned to your team round-robin, so follow-up work spreads evenly.
