Everything a Company Admin configures lives under Settings, organized
into searchable sections: Company, Organization, Integrations, Product
Management, Sources, SLA Management, Task Management, and User Management.
This page covers company identity; the rest of the Admin section covers
users & roles, customization,
lead capture, billing, and
API keys.
Company overview
Settings → Company overview holds your company identity. Company Admins
can edit the company name here. The same page has an Open onboarding
button that jumps to the Onboarding checklist, which is
optional and can be picked up at any time.
Branding & billing details
Settings → Branding & Billing has three tabs:
- Branding — upload your company logo (PNG/JPG/SVG, up to 5 MB); it
appears on your invoices and quotes.
- Address & Contact — street address, city, state, postal code, country,
phone, email, website.
- Billing Details — tax ID, registration number, banking details, and a
billing contact. These populate your customer-facing invoices and quotes.
Entity names
Settings → Entity Names renames core records to match your business —
call leads “Enquiries” or customers “Travelers”, and the whole app follows.
Predefined datasets
Settings → Predefined Datasets manages the reference data your forms draw
on: countries, states, cities, timezones, currencies, languages, and
industries.
Danger zone
At the bottom of Settings, Delete This Company schedules permanent
deletion after a grace period, 30 days by default and shown to you when you
request it. While the deletion is pending, the panel shows the scheduled date
with a Cancel Deletion button. Any user signing in during the grace period
also cancels the deletion automatically.
After the grace period, deletion is permanent. Export anything you need
first.
