Alongside voice calls, a campaign can text and email its audience. Toggle the SMS and Email channel pills on the campaign form to add either.

SMS

Write your message once and Funnel personalizes it per contact with merge fields — {{first_name}}, {{last_name}}, {{email}}. As you type, a counter shows characters and message segments, and a live preview renders the message with a sample contact. Compliance is handled for you:
  • “Reply STOP to opt out.” is appended to every message automatically.
  • Contacts who have replied STOP, and numbers on your Do Not Call list, are skipped.
SMS sends from the campaign’s sender number, which must have SMS enabled (Phone numbers).

Tracking SMS

Each campaign’s detail page has an SMS panel (total sent, delivered, delivery rate, sending, failed, opt-outs, suppressed). For the cross-campaign view, open AI Campaigns → SMS overview: filter by recipient, status, campaign, or date range; see per-campaign delivery tables; and Export CSV.

Email

Campaign email has a Subject and Body (plain text or HTML) with the same merge fields and a live preview.
Campaign email is bulk outreach, separate from your personal Inbox — it doesn’t send through your Gmail account and won’t appear in your sent mail.
Deliverability protections are automatic:
  • An unsubscribe footer is added to every email; recipients who click it land on a confirmation page and stop receiving campaign email.
  • Addresses that unsubscribed, hard-bounced, or marked spam go onto the email suppression list and are skipped — the campaign form warns you if selected recipients are already suppressed.
The campaign detail page shows a per-recipient email table with delivery status.
