Two ways to get outside inquiries flowing into Funnel as leads: forms on your website and social integrations that catch platform leads for you. Both are Company Admin features under Settings.

Lead capture forms

Settings → Lead Capture Forms is a form builder over your lead fields:
1

Build the form

Name it, then toggle which fields it asks for — built-ins (name, email, phone, company, country, budget, message…) plus any of your lead custom fields. Per field you control the label, whether it’s required, length limits, and the validation message. Drag to reorder.
2

Brand it (optional)

Primary color, background color, and font, so the form matches your site.
3

Choose lead defaults

Submissions become leads with status New and source Lead Capture Form; you pick who they’re assigned to.
4

Put it on your site

Copy Widget gives you an HTML/JS snippet to paste into any page. A REST API tab covers custom or mobile integrations, each form carrying its own API key.
Submissions appear instantly under Leads, and the visitor sees a thank-you message. Toggle Form is active to pause submissions without deleting the form.

Social lead capture

Settings → Social Media Integrations connects three platforms — Facebook Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms — so their leads create CRM leads automatically. All tokens are encrypted before storage. For each platform you: paste the platform credentials (e.g. page token, app secret), register the webhook URL Funnel gives you in the platform’s portal, choose the default lead status and assignee, and flip Integration active. WhatsApp adds a message filter — minimum message length and required keywords — so casual messages don’t become junk leads. Each integration has an Event Log of recent activity with statuses: Success, Failed, Skipped (blocked by your filter), and Duplicate (the lead already existed).

Routing what comes in

Settings → Distribute manages routing pools and policies — the rules that decide which team member each new lead lands on, working together with users’ availability from Workforce.
