Settings → Billing combines two things: a subscription (your plan and
seats, billed monthly or annually) and a prepaid wallet that pays for
usage — voice minutes, SMS, email, fax, and phone-number rentals.
Your plan
The subscription card shows your plan, its price and renewal date, and your
status (Active, Trial, Past due…). The Plans tab compares packages — each
lists included user seats, the price for extra seats, a monthly wallet credit
grant, phone-number rental pricing, and per-unit usage rates — with a
monthly/annual toggle (annual saves roughly two months) and a custom tier via
Contact sales. Upgrade or downgrade anytime; payment runs through Stripe
at checkout.
Seats: your plan includes a number of users; add extra seats at the
per-seat monthly price from the Users card whenever the team grows.
The wallet
The wallet is a prepaid balance that metered usage draws from:
- Top up with a card via Stripe (minimum $5).
- Your plan may grant credits into the wallet monthly.
- Every charge is itemized in Recent activity — top-ups, usage charges,
number rentals, included credits, referral credits, adjustments.
When the balance hits zero, usage pauses — campaigns stop dialing and
messages stop sending — until you add funds. The CRM itself stays
available.
Invoices, tax & payment method
Billing history lists every subscription invoice with a hosted view and
PDF download. Your card and tax details are collected and stored by Stripe at
checkout — Funnel never holds your card. The Activity tab keeps a
tamper-evident audit of every billing event and who triggered it.
If a payment fails
A banner appears: Past due offers “Update payment & pay now” via a secure
Stripe page; if the account becomes Paused, paying the outstanding bill
restores service. Your data is never deleted for non-payment.
Refer & earn
The referral panel generates an invite link — when someone you refer
subscribes, you receive wallet credit.
